Management initiatives |
Central registration and IRIS have been launched for a year. To ensure smooth operation under the new operation mode and to prepare for the implementation of the title registration system, a number of new management committees have been set up under the chairmanship of the Land Registrar to provide formal forum for directorates and senior managers to discuss matters at a strategic level. These include the Business Strategy Review Group; Operations and Customer Relations Review Board; Staff Training and Development Board; and Title Registration Progress Review Group. These management committees meet regularly for reporting and making proposals to the Land Registrar.
