Staff relations
 
The Land Registry recognizes that effective communication between management and staff is essential to provide quality service to clients and customers.  The Land Registry is committed to providing an environment that promotes communication between staff at all levels.  Regular management meetings, Departmental Consultative Committee meetings and goodwill visits are held to exchange views with staff.  A staff magazine is published quarterly to promote team spirit.  A Staff Suggestions Scheme is administered to encourage improvement ideas.
