Knowledge Management

To secure long-term organizational efficiency and success, the Land Registry needs to have the constant, steady commitment of every member of staff to share their experience and knowledge. A Knowledge Management System (KMS) provides the platform for the systematic transfer and codification of knowledge to encourage organizational learning through sharing.

The Land Registry has set up a dedicated project team to develop the KMS. Phase I of the system which focused on capturing the registration knowledge after 2005 was successfully launched on 2 October 2007.

Phase II of the system which includes all other registration knowledge was launched in May 2008.
