IRIS Online Services – Enhanced Functions

The following enhancements of the IRIS Online Services (www.iris.gov.hk) will be rolled out at 7:30 a.m. on 29 June 2024 (Saturday). For enquiries, please contact our Customer Service Manager by: (1) sending email to csa@landreg.gov.hk or (2) calling 3105 0000.


Accepting Payment by Faster Payment System (FPS) (For Ad Hoc Users)

FPS will be accepted for online payment.

Adding a New “View Enable/Disable Retain Customer Information History” Function (For Subscribers)

A new “View Enable/Disable Retain Customer Information History” function will be added in the “Enquire Login ID(s) Status” page for subscribers to view the change history for the past 6 months.
