Revision of Remark for Withheld Instruments shown on the Land Register

     At present, when an instrument is withheld from registration under the Land Registration Regulations, Cap. 128A (LRR), the withheld instrument is shown in the "Deeds Pending Registration" section of the land register concerned with a remark "(暫緩註冊 Registration Withheld)".

2. This circular gives notice that with effect from 23 March 2019, the above remark will be revised to "(中止註冊 Registration Withheld)" to follow the wording used in the LRR.
